Call coverage with 30-minute response time
10 - 20 patient encounters per shift
5 - 20 average daily patient volume
2 - 10 admissions expected
Average of 5 phone consults
Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
